Rescheduling Classes

If you wish to reschedule a class, an email notification must be received in our office 48 hours in advance of the class date. There is no additional cost associated with rescheduling a class as long as we have 48 hours notice. Please email your request to info@torontofirstaid.net and someone from our team will contact you to confirm your new requested date. 

Missed Class

If a student fails to show up on the day of training, no refund or rescheduling options will be offered as the instructors are paid in advance and many of our classes are filled to capacity. When a student fails to show up, they have taken a seat away from someone else who could have attended the class. 

Refund Policy

Toronto First Aid has a no refund policy as a lot of effort goes into planning our courses and scheduling our instructors.  However, if you contact us 48 hours in advance we would be happy to reschedule you to another convenient day or hold a course credit for you.

Limited Enrollment

Toronto First Aid Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course or merge a class with one running on another day. Most of our courses run as scheduled, however, if an instructor is sick or enrollment is low, we may have to reschedule the class or combine the class with a group running on another date. In this event you will have the option of rescheduling the class or the option of obtaining a full refund.
